– Check-in and key collection from 3:00 PM
– Check-out and key return by 10:00 AM
– Guests are required to CLOSE THE AUTOMATIC AWNING at night / DURING ABSENCE FROM THE COTTAGE / IN STRONG WIND.
– Lighting a barbecue on the terrace is prohibited. The barbecue must be set up on the lawn at a safe distance from the cottage and other buildings. A lit barbecue must be under the constant supervision of an adult to ensure it does not pose a risk to other guests or property.
– The pet owner is financially responsible for any damage caused by their animal. They are also obliged to ensure that the animal does not disturb the peace or threaten the safety of other guests.
– We are not responsible for valuables left in the cottages or anywhere on the property.
– After 10:00 PM, persons not registered as guests are not allowed on the property.
– For safety reasons, when leaving the cottage, all windows should be closed and no electrical devices should be left turned on.
– Cars belonging to guests renting the cottages may be parked in designated areas on the property (the parking area is not supervised).
– Children staying on the premises of Lighthouse Sfera must be under constant supervision of adults.
– We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from lack of supervision, improper use of items, carelessness, or other incidents occurring on the Lighthouse Sfera property.
– Quiet hours are in effect throughout the property from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottages.
– We do not accept youth groups.
