§1 General Provisions
1. The Lighthouse Sfera online store, available at lighthouse-sfera.pl, is operated by:

2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for booking and purchasing accommodation services via the website.
3. Bookings are processed trough the RoomAdmin reservation system.
4. The Customer is obliged to read these Terms and Conditions before making a reservation.
§2 Definitions
1. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a reservation.
2. Service – short-term rental of a cottage/accommodation offered by Lighthouse Sfera.
3. Reservation – conclusion of a short-term rental agreement via the RoomAdmin system.
4. Reservation System – an online tool enabling bookings.
§3 Booking Conditions
1. Reservations can be made 24 hours a day via the website.
2. A reservation is considered valid upon:
a) selecting the stay dates,
b) providing the required details,
c) making the payment (deposit or full amount).
3. After completing the reservation, the Customer receives a confirmation via email.
4. The agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the reservation.
§4 Payments
1. Payments are processed through payment operators available in the RoomAdmin system.
2. Available payment methods:
a) online transfer,
b) payment card,
c) other methods available in the system.
3. All prices listed on the website are gross prices and are expressed in PLN.
4. The property reserves the right to change prices; however, this does not affect already confirmed reservations.
§5 Cancellations and Changes
1. Cancellation conditions are specified individually for each offer and are visible during the booking process.
2. Cancellation fees may apply according to the selected offer.
3. Changing the reservation date is possible upon prior contact and subject to availability.
§6 Service Provision
1. Check-in/check-out times and stay conditions are specified in the offer description on the website.
2. The Customer is obliged to comply with the property rules.
3. The property reserves the right to refuse service in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions.
§7 Complaints
1. The Customer has the right to submit complaints regarding the services provided.
2. Complaints should be submitted via email to: rezerwacja@lighthouse-sfera.pl.
3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
§8 Right of Withdrawal
1. Pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for accommodation services provided for a specific date.
§9 Personal Data Protection

§10 Final Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 23.03.2026.
2. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
3. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
